How much is shipping?

Shipping is absolutely free for all orders globally. (We only charge a small insurance fee for orders to Hawaii and certain countries).

Do you have a guarantee?

After witnessing thousands of customers' transformative healing experiences we are confident enough to offer our “peace of mind guarantee”: If you don't see reduced stress,  better sleep, improved mood or more within 30 days (and sometimes beyond) of playing our bowls you can return them for a full refund.

What happens if the bowls come cracked or broken?

All orders are fully insured on delivery. In the rare case anything arrives damaged, we immediately ship a free replacement to your address.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes we ship globally! We handle international orders from anywhere around the world. Simply select your country at checkout or select "Worldwide" if it's not listed.

Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

When can I expect my items?
You can safely assume that orders will arrive within 5-10 days in US or 7-12 days globally on average. A tracking number will be emailed for ALL orders so you can keep a close eye on your items shipment. Feel free to call or email us.

What is the Refund/Return Policy?
All orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving.

I ordered two items, why did I only receive one ? 
When you order multiple items at a time, they sometimes ship separately. You may receive one item before the other. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.

Does sound healing and meditation actually work?

We still chuckle a bit when we hear this one. It is well known that past cultures have used healing sounds for the wellbeing of themselves and their communities. Recently there are growing number of studies now proving the healing effects of sound. In a recent study by NCBI reported significant differences between pre and post sound meditation across all variables measured such as tension, anxiety, anger, depression, fatigue, vigor etc. In summary, this observational study found significant beneficial effects of singing bowl meditations on a number of such markers related to well-being. More and more research is being released to prove the benefits of sound meditation and healing. At 6 Lynx we are humbly working to make the best items for healing purpose for this exact purpose.. 

What is the difference between the bowl sizes?

Larger bowls (and subsequently sets) with size 12" bowls or larger will produce a deeper tone that resonate longer. It is suitable for larger spaces and group sessions of 10 or larger.

What is the difference between the bowl colors and designs?

The difference is only visual and aesthetic. As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people prefer colored crystal singing bowls while many prefer pure white bowls. There is no difference in sound between them.

What is the difference between Tibetan metal bowls and crystal bowls?

There are two notable differences. First is that metal bowls are very difficult to tune accurately to each note or chakra.

Secondly, the crystal bowls have inherent healing properties due to the fact that they are made with pure quartz crystal which is known to give healing benefits. This give them a compound healing effect. But note they are also fragile and cases are suggested when ordering.
